Shipping Methods & Transit Times
International orders can take 3–5 days to process. Expected transit time is 10–15 business days; all orders should arrive within 6 weeks of the ship date.
Standard Shipping
Eyvind Earle Publishing LLC ships via USPS and FedEx. If you have a preference for which carrier we use, please specify it in the Shipping Instructions section when placing your order. Transit time can take 1–6 business days (10–15 days for Canada), and it can take 3–5 days to process your order. You can expect domestic orders to arrive within 1–2 weeks.
Holidays extend delivery time. Please refer to our for timely delivery.
Incorrect ZIP code information will significantly delay delivery, so please make sure you supply the correct postal code when placing an order.
Shipments to Canada can occasionally take up to 6 weeks to arrive, particularly near the beginning of the year. If you wish to pay FedEx brokerage fees for your order, we can accommodate prompt shipment.
Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping in the United States. Free freight is also available on orders of $200 or more shipping to Canada. For detailed shipping costs, please refer to our page.
Rush Shipping You have the option to select Premium, Express, or Expedited shipping for delivery within the contiguous United States.
Please note:
Orders with rush shipping require 1 day of processing time and will ship via FedEx the next business day from the day they are placed. Eyvind Earle Publishing LLC does not offer same day shipping. This means that Premium shipping will arrive 4 business days from when the order is placed, Express shipping will arrive 3 business days from when the order is placed, and Expedited shipping will arrive 2 business days from when the order is placed.
Rush orders shipping to P.O. boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will arrive 3–4 business days after the order is placed, regardless of which shipping speed is selected at checkout.
Shipping and handling fees for late deliveries are not refundable if the carrier is unable to deliver on time for any reason beyond their control—including incorrect address or weather delay.

International Shipping Eyvind Earle Publishing LLC ships to many international destinations, including Europe, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. The name “Eyvind Earle” in any format, design, or style, together with the goodwill accompanying Mr. Earle’s name, is a protected trademark owned by Earle Publishing LLC. This means that under the relevant laws, Earle Publishing has the sole and exclusive right to use and authorize others to use Mr. Earle’s name in connection with his works of art, including any books or videotapes about Mr. Earle or his artwork.
PUBLICITY RIGHTS PROTECTION
Earle Publishing is also the exclusive owner of publicity rights attaching to Mr. Earle’s name, likeness, photograph, signature, and voice. As a result, you may not use Mr. Earle’s name, likeness, photograph, signature, or voice “in any manner, on or in products, merchandise or goods, or for purposes of advertising or selling, or soliciting purchases of products, merchandise, goods or services” without written consent from an authorized representative of Earle Publishing.
You may not use a likeness or photograph of Mr. Earle, nor may you use his voice or signature without first obtaining written permission from Earle Publishing. A violation of this section entitles Earle Publishing to obtain an injunction against your further unauthorized use, and to claim actual or statutory damages, profits, punitive damages, and attorneys fees.
